Who We Are
A few of us were tired of jumping between servers that either had no standards or were so badly run that nothing ever felt real. We wanted a Houston server. Not just a generic city with a Houston skin slapped on it, but something that actually felt like the place. The departments, the geography, the way things actually work in Harris County.
So we built it. THI started small and has stayed that way on purpose. Every new member goes through a process before they ever spawn in and that's not changing.
It's a law enforcement RP server, whitelisted, set in Houston. We've got five active departments: Houston PD, Harris County Constable, Harris County Sheriff's Office, TXDPS, and Game Warden. Each one has its own leadership, its own SOPs, and its own culture. They're not just copies of each other with different names.
Access comes through our community Discord first. You're not getting on the server by finding an IP somewhere. You come through the proper channels, you apply, and if you're a good fit you get whitelisted. That process exists so that everyone on the server actually wants to be there for the right reasons.
We want this to be a good place for everyone. These rules help keep it that way.
Treat all members with respect. Bullying, harassment, personal attacks, and targeting other members are not allowed.
Do not post content that violates the Terms of Service of Rockstar, Discord, Twitch, TikTok, or Instagram. If it breaks their rules, it breaks ours too.
No excessive derogatory language, no racial slurs, no recording or clipping conversations to use against other members, and no yelling or talking over people. Serious violations can result in immediate action without a prior warning.
This is a voice changer free community. If that is something you need, this may not be the right fit for you.
Pornographic or sexually explicit content is not allowed anywhere in the server.
Please do not spam messages or advertise other servers and services without checking with staff first.
Follow staff instructions and keep moderation disputes out of public channels. If you have a concern about a decision, bring it up privately through the right channel.
Do not share private details about other people such as addresses, phone numbers, or anything they have not shared themselves.
Staff may warn, mute, kick, or ban members depending on the severity of the violation.
